How sakra Loyalty Points Work
Every wager you place on our sakra platform generates loyalty points. The point rate varies by product type. Football sportsbook wagers—Liga 1 matches, Piala Indonesia fixtures, Piala AFF tournaments, Champions League games—earn points at a standard rate. Live-casino tables (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger) earn points at a slightly higher rate per unit wagered. Our sakra Loyalty Program features four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. You begin at Bronze upon account creation. As you accumulate points, you progress through each tier. Tier status is determined by your total lifetime points—once you reach a threshold, you maintain that tier for the remainder of the calendar year. At the start of each new year, tier status resets based on your activity in the prior year.
Bronze members (entry level) earn standard point rates across all products. Silver members unlock a point multiplier—typically rules—on all wagers. Gold members receive 1.5x multipliers and gain access to exclusive football markets during major tournaments. Platinum members (highest tier) enjoy 2x point multipliers, priority withdrawal processing, and dedicated account support.

Account suspension or closure forfeits all accumulated points. If your account is temporarily restricted due to fraud investigation or compliance review, points remain frozen until the review concludes. Loyalty points and withdrawals
Loyalty points are separate from your playable balance. When you redeem points into account credits, those credits become part of your playable balance and are subject to standard withdrawal rules. If you withdraw funds, your loyalty points remain in your account—they are not deducted. However, if you request a full account closure, all points are forfeited.
During major holidays like Idul Fitri or Idul Adha, point accrual may accelerate if we run bonus multiplier campaigns. These are announced in advance through your account dashboard and email. Bonus multipliers apply only during the specified period and do not carry forward.
